education, so that they are positively guided towards practical education methods

that work.

Whatever services you are receiving, our staff must:

 

  • Treat you fairly, respectfully and without discrimination.

  • Keep you informed about the services we offer and the details of our programmes, empowering you to make a well-informed decision.

  • Deliver services competently and in line with our programmes and in a manner that has regard for your dignity, privacy, independence and needs.

  • Discuss with you your objectives and how they are best achieved through our programmes.

  • Use clear, honest and polite communication including when tutoring and coaching.

  • Keep you advised of agreed appointments and arrangements made on your behalf.

  • Protect your information privacy and ensure appropriate confidentiality.

  • If you have any concerns, you can make a complaint, and we will deal with it promptly and fairly.
